5. Payment Terms, Refunds, and CancellationsYou may purchase the Services using Visa, MasterCard, Bkash, Nagad, or DBBL or any bank payment methods available on the Applications from time to time. Any credit card, debit card, or other payment method which may be used on the Applications must have a valid billing address and valid issuing bank or other payment services provider.
5.2 Refund PolicyAny Top-Up and or Internet Recharge purchased using Allsimoffer.com is not returnable. Payment is only refundable in the condition that the payment was successfully debited by user's bank or payment processor but service has not been provided. If payment is debited and service is provided then the respective amount is not refundable.
5.3 Support for Service IssuesIf someone doesn't get the offer they bought within 1 hour, they can contact our support page must within that working day till 11:00 PM for this problem. If you don't contact our support system within that day 11:00 PM then we can't help for this issue.
If you are having trouble with the deposit method section about your transaction, please contact our Facebook support page within 3 working days. If you don't contact us within 3 working days, your deposit amount will be counted as non-refundable & we will not be able to help you regarding this issue.
